Abstract

The authors have ascertained that at pregnants with hestosis in tissue structures of placentas there appear evident disorders in lipid metabolism. In pathogenesis of such disorders intensification of lipoperoxidation processes as well as activation of phospholipase A2 are of significant importance. Changes of the lipid metabolism as a display of membranodestabilization phenomenons in placenta are important pathogenetic factors of uterus-placenta insufficiency and, as a consequence, intrauterine suffering of foetus.

Key words

hestosis, placenta, lipids, peroxide oxidation of lipids.
